Consulting

What are the best practices for consent-based hiring and production management?

What can companies do to improve internal communications and communications with outside artists for each show produced in a Season?

Combining her 15+ years of experience in corporate finance and training with knowledge of production management, conflict resolution, and consent-forward communication practices, Kat will collaborate with your company to identify current gaps in consent-based practices, improve communication, and help cultivate cross-departmental collaboration.

This will include learning and implementing best practices for informed consent hiring practices, building ensembles during and outside rehearsals, and establishing communication guidelines from the start to the finish of every Season.
